State Police seeking help with armed robbery in Durand - video

State Police at the Flint Post are seeking help from the public concerning an early morning robbery last week Wednesday at the Valero Gas Station in Durand. The suspect was armed with a weapon and fled the store with an undetermined amount of money about 3:30 that morning. The suspect entered the store alone and walked to a back office where the night clerk was confronted with a weapon. The suspect forcibly walked the clerk to the cash register and demanded the cash register to be opened. The suspect stole money from the cash register and then fled the store on foot. The suspect's face was covered, but is estimated to be approximately 5 foot 7 inches tall with a thin build.
