The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States, age 18 or older, at the time of entry.
Employees of Thumb Broadcasting Inc., their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion
agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
1. Follow the official Thumb Broadcasting Facebook page.
2. Like and share the official weekly giveaway post.
3. Comment on the post with their favorite Mark Farner song.
Entries that do not meet all requirements will be disqualified. Only one entry and one bonus
entry per person. (details for bonus entry outlined above)
3. Contest Period
The giveaway begins on 9/19/2025 at 9AM EST and ends at 10/3/2025 at 12PM. The winner
will be announced live on air during Farner Friday on 10/3/2025.
4. Prizes
Grand Prize One (1) Winner:
One (1) signed guitar by Mark Farner, One (1) signed album "Closer to My Home" by Mark
Farner, One (1) "Mark Farner and his American Band" graphic t-shirt : No substitution, cash
redemption, or transfer of prize permitted.
Weekly Prize Six (6) Winners - Two (2) winners per week for a duration of three (3) weeks:
One (1) "Mark Farner and his American Band" graphic t-shirt, One (1) "Closer to my Home"
sealed album to be given away with on air promotion.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. The winner must be following the
Thumb Broadcasting Inc. Facebook page at the time of selection.
The winner will be announced live on air on Farner Friday 12:00PM on October 3rd,
2025.
The winner will also be notified via Facebook message.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.
6. Publicity & Rights
By entering, participants grant Thumb Broadcasting Inc. the right to use their name, likeness, and
entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7. General Conditions
Thumb Broadcasting Inc. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud,
technical issues, or other causes affect the integrity of the promotion. Thumb Broadcasting Inc. is
not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Thumb Broadcasting Inc., Mark
Farner, and their affiliates from any liability, loss, or damage resulting from participation or
