Bad Axe Fire Dept. crew found fire was out when they arrived Tuesday afternoon west of Bad Axe -video

     Bad Axe Fire Department was called to a fire reported just west of Bad Axe Tuesday afternoon. Fire Chief John Hunt Jr. told us they were called out at about 5:25 to the location which was the former Browns Bump Shop. The building is now rented out, and the renters were cutting up a vehicle when caught fire. They had it out by the time fire crews arrived at the scene. Oliver Township Fire which was automatically called out was told to disregard coming. There were there for about a half an hour, using their fans to ventilate the building. There were no injuries.
