Elkton Village Council Meeting provided Budget Updates- Video

The Elkton Village Council Meeting had its share of budget updates and approvals.

The Fiscal Year '20-'21 budget was approved, as well as amendments to the budget. The point of emphasis was an increase on the Saw Grant by roughly $50,000. This was mainly covered by grant proceeds.

A building that was rented as a hair salon had ended its contract, leaving the committee to decide what to do with it. They elected to move the decisions to the Building of Grounds committee, then the Finance committee.

The next meeting for is set for March 11th at 7PM. It's delayed by one day due to the Michigan Primary on March 10th.
