Bad Axe City Council Meeting held on March 4th

It was a farely quick meeting on a brisk evening for the Bad Axe City Council Monday night. Two employees from East Side Tire, located at 620 E. Huron Ave., in Bad Axe, were in attendance to put on the next agenda, that East Side Tire be allowed to use a predetermined space on Buffalo St. for services, keeping customers and employees off the always busy E. Huron Avenue. The Council Members approved the Spicer Group's Proposal, regarding professional engineering services for the City's Splash Pad Development and Grant Process. Also approved, was the quote from Advanced Auto Glass for the purchase of new DPW Garage Door Openers. The meeting concluded with a Closed Session between the Board Members to discuss components regarding the Open Meetings Act.
