Festive holiday cheer filled the air throughout the Village of Pigeon during their Christmas Town Lighting. A line was wrapped around the block with anxious boys and girls waiting for Santa's arrival, and to retrieve their special gift. People also gathered Downtown Pigeon for hot dogs, chili and chips and for rides being given on a decorated horse drawn wagon. Teens and adults had an opportunity to win gifts through a raffle set up. Turner Arts Studio and Gallery offered Christmas face painting and holiday crafts. Also Thumb Bank and Trust Centennial Park was collecting non-perishable food items to be donated tot he Pigeon Food Pantry. Pigeon Chamber and Commerce and Thumb Bank sponsored the Christmas Town Lighting
