The council voted to approve the Bad Axe Walking Path Agreement between the city, Spicer Group and the DNR in order to move forward with the project bringing a public walking path behind City Hall.
Three policies pertaining to the ICE Grant for Excessive Force, Non-Discrimination, and Grievance Procedure all were approved by the council for employees to be working on the project. The ICE Grant is for infrastructure improvements within the city in areas of water, sewer, roads and wastewater treatment.
The next steps for each project is unclear at this time.
