Meet and Greet with New CEO and President of Huron Medical (Video)

Huron Medical Center hosted a Meet and Greet event at the Peppermill Restaraunt this evening to offer the public a chance to speak with the new CEO and President, Dr. Michael Johnston.
Johnston has been speaking with members of the public for the last two months on their concerns, and grasping a feel for what needs to continued and evaluated for the hospital's facilities.
Johnston stated, "Probably the main concern is family practice providers. One of the most consistent things I've heard is Huron Medical Center had docs and they left or we started with a provider and they left."
Tomorrow Huron Medical officially becomes part of McLaren which means some changes, including to the name.
There will be more chances to meet Dr.Johnston, starting Thursday, May 17th, at 1p.m. at the Peppermill for refreshments. For questions call Rachel, at 989-269-1507.
