Unionville Woman Faces Charges for Alleged Underage Alcohol Purchase

Riley Werschky, a 19-year-old from Unionville, is facing legal proceedings stemming from an incident on June 29th. Werschky is accused of using a fraudulent ID in an attempt to purchase alcoholic liquor while underage. If convicted, Werschky could face up to 90 days in jail and a $100 fine.

During her arraignment, Werschky entered a plea of not guilty. The court has set August 14th as the deadline for plea negotiations, with the next court appearance scheduled for September 5th at 10:00 AM.

Werschky's bond has been established at $3,500 on personal recognizance.
