Colfax Hall getting new heating and cooling systems

Conditions will be a little more comfortable in the Colfax Township Hall.

The township trustees approved new heating and cooling units for the hall. The board approved the $16,391 bid from Jake's Plumbing and Heating. Installation of the new heating and cooling system is expected to start this coming Tuesday, July 23.

An other expenditures, that was approved was addressing roadside ditch mowing. The bid of $1,500 from Osantaski's to do the mowing was approved.

During the meeting that lasted about 30 minutes, the board approved the appoint of McCracken as a member of the Planning Commission.
