Sanilac Commissioners schedule to approve deficit elimination plans

Sanilac County Board of Commissioners will meet at 1 p.m., this Tuesday (July 16) in the county chambers at 60 West Sanilac Street, Sandusky.

According to the preliminary agenda, commissioners are expected to pass a resolution for deficit elimination plan to address a $10,394 in the county's contractual patrol fund, which was reportedly created from an entry error.

Also, commissioners are expected to pass a resolution for a $179,724 deficit elimination plan for the county's Homeland Stonegarden facility, which was due to the way the grant years overlap which is a complex process to report accurately satisfactorily.
