Tuscola's courts dealing with variety of CSC cases

Tuscola County Courts have been busy handling several criminal sexual conduct cases, which include multiple accounts of those alleged crimes.
Brandon Lee Horak, of Kingston, is charged with third-degree child abuse and fourth-degree child abuse. Those alleged crimes were to have happened on May 25.
Christopher James William Woolner, of Bad Axe, is charged with four counts of criminal sexual conduct involving a child. He is also charged with delivery of marijuana to a minor, accosting a child for immoral purposes, as well as two counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct involving a child.
Jeremy Robert Green, of Caro, is charged with 10 counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct. In addition, he is charged with fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct, which allegedly involved the use of force and/or coercion to engage in sexual contact with a victim.
Charles James Craig, of Mayville, is charged with child sexually abusive activity, capturing - distributing images of an unclothed person. He is also charged with possession of child sexually abusive material. Michigan State Police - Caro Post allege those crimes date back to incidents that happened in 2020.
