Multiple criminal charges have been filed against a Millington man

A Millington man is facing multiple charges that range from alleged stalking to careless use of a weapon.
Tuscola County Magistrate Joe Van Auken charged Ryan R. Ross with aggravated stalking from alleged incidents on June 24 and June 25. If found guilty on the aggravated stalking charge, it carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison. In addition, Ross is charged with reckless use of a weapon - an assault rifle, three counts of possessing a firearm (an assault rifle AR-15) during a time when he reportedly committed and/or attempted to commit a felony.
Ross is also facing charges of two counts of possessing a firearm while he was ineligible to have them as he had been convicted of felony drug charges. Ross' bond was sent at $2,500, which he was able to post. An evidentiary hearing for Ross has been set for July 31 in district court.
