Huron County Circuit Court - Justin Michael Whelan, appeared in court today for arraignment on charges of operating while intoxicated, third offense.
Whelan, represented by Attorney Michelle R. Siev via Zoom, entered a guilty plea as part of a deal with prosecutors.
Under the agreement, Whelan admitted guilt to the felony charge, while two misdemeanor counts were dismissed.
Judge Prill outlined the potential penalties, including fines, prison time, probation, mandatory vehicle immobilization, and other sanctions.
