Cass City Village Council to meet Monday

When the Cass City Village Council meets at 6 p.m., Monday, Feb. 23rd at the Municipal Building, they are expected to rezone several properties.

Most of the proposed rezoned properties are throughout the village. The plan is to change the zoning to allow for more housing.

The council is also expected to review the proposed alley water main project developed by Spicer, and to review the cost of watering the baseball fields.

There is a possibility the council might rescind covering the cost of watering the baseball fields.

The council will also review a petition to allow pet chickens at a residence at 4691 Hospital Drive.
