Lonnie is survived by his children Gretchen (James) Lalko of Pinckney, Joshua (Jennifer) of Canton, and Nathan of Flushing; grandchildren Ian Milz, Seth Milz, Alicia Lalko, Jace Lalko, Brianna Herr and Evan Herr; siblings Jane Ditri, George (Gretchen) Herr, and Tresa Howell.
Lonnie L. Herr, 75, of Caseville, passed away Wednesday, July 10, 2024 in Pinckney while under hospice care. Lonnie was born January 24, 1949 in Imlay City to the late George and Stella (Spencer) Herr. He married Toni Heim on June 13, 1970 in Imlay City; she preceded him in death on January 4, 2016. Lonnie retired from AM General as a Quality Control Director in 2010. After retiring he moved from Canton to Caseville. He was a member of the Free and Accepted Masons, Almont-Dryden Lodge. He enjoyed fishing with his father, flying gliders, traveling with his wife and spending time with his grandchildren.
