Funeral Information

Funeral mass for Frank, will be Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at 11 am at Our Lady of Lake Huron Catholic Church, of the Holy Name of Mary Parish, with Fr. Kevin Wojciechowski officiating. Burial will follow in Marquardt Cemetery. Visitation for Frank will be Tuesday, from 2-8pm at the Ramsey Funeral Home of Harbor Beach. Visitation on Wednesday, will be at the church, beginning at 10 am until time of services at 11 am. Military Honors will be given at the cemetery. Memorials may be given to OLLH Catholic Church, St. John's Lutheran Church of Port Hope, or to the Donor's Choice.

Frank is survived by his wife, Audrey Zinger; step-son, Ricky (Kimberly) Zinger; grandsons Seth Zinger and Quintin Zinger; brothers Mike (Yolanda) Zinger and Tony (Denise) Zinger; brothers-in-law Keith (Janet) Brown, Greg (Suzy) Brown, and Everett (Ann) Brown; sisters-in-law Ardith (Dan) Blacker, Marilyn Labor, and Maureen Brown; and many nieces and nephews. Frank is preceded in death by his brother Steve Zinger; sister Margie Montgomery; sister-in-law Beverly Brown; brothers-in-law Oren Brown, Ed Brown, and Bob Labor.

Biography

Frank Joseph Zinger, 75, of Port Hope passed away on July 5th, 2024 at Port Huron McLaren Hospital. Frank was born on Decemeber 24, 1948 to the late George and Margaret (Kranz) Zinger in Harbor Beach, Michigan. He was a graduate of Harbor Beach High School. Frank served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. Frank married the love of his life, Audrey Brown, on September 18, 1981 at St. John's Lutheran Church in Port Hope. Frank worked at and retired from Sensient Flavors. In his free time, he enjoyed hunting, putting together puzzles, playing solitaire, and spending time with his family.
