Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, December 11, 2023 at 11am. Visitation will be Monday December 11, 2023 10:00am until time of service. Burial to follow at St Michael’s Cemetery of Port Austin. Memorials may be offered in Robert’s name to: American Diabetes Association P.O. Box 7023 Merrifield, VA 22116-7023

Family of the Deceased

Robert is survived by his brothers; Gerald Bugenski of Rochester Hills, Richard Bugenski of Port Austin, Willard(Marlene) Bugenski of Mayville, Kenneth(Marjorie) Bugenski of Port Austin. And many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his brother-in-laws Edward Leavine, Stanley Heleski. Sisters; Geraldine Leavine, Dorothy Heleski; Sister-in-law Patricia Bugenski.

Biography

Robert Charles Bugenski of Dwight Township passed away December 5, 2023 at McLaren Bay Region in Bay City. Robert was born December 31, 1941 son of late Ignatius and Agnes (Horetski) Bugenski. Robert was a lifelong member of St. Michaels’s Catholic Church of Port Austin. Robert retired from Tower Automotive after 43 years of excellent service. Robert loved all aspect of crop farming and was proud in sharing that love with his nephews, who have taken over the farm. He enjoyed riding on his John Deer gator with his lifelong companions, his brother Richard and his dog Jack; the three were never far apart.
