David is survived by his niece and nephew –Sharon Sopczynski (Ziemba) and Carl (Nancy) Ziemba Great nieces and nephews, Donoaldean Mccoy (significant other Josh Hewitt), Zachary Sopczynski, Ashley Sopczynski (fiance Bryce Miller), Daniel Ziemba. Great Great nephews, Ryan Mcoy, Ian Mcoy, and Braxton Hewitt, aslo many cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by parents Harold and Norma(Hallam)Pruitt, one sister, Jackie Ziemba,grandparents, and many aunts and uncles.

Biography

David Pruitt, age 64, of Dearborn Heights, passed away on Friday, December 24, 2021. He was born on October 8, 1957 in Detroit, son of the late Harold and Norma (Hallam) Pruitt. David passed away unexpectedly at his home. He worked many jobs throughout his life. Huron Music was his dream job but his true passion was garage saling and finding the rare treasure for pennies.
