PALMS – Leonard “Lenny” Arthur Pohl, 65, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, December 18, 2016 at his home. Lenny was born April 6, 1951, to the late Edward and Esther Pohl of Palms. Lenny, fondly known as Pohl Cat, graduated from Deckerville Schools, Class of 1969. He was one of the original “Palms Boys” and if you knew Lenny, you knew his Palms Boys “roar”. He was self-employed for many years, and later became a partner of Pohl Brothers Farm. Lenny enjoyed every facet of life to the fullest. He enjoyed snowmobiling, playing cards, drinking beer, making wine, and telling “tall tales”. His greatest joy was spending time with his wife, Debbie, his children and grandchildren.
