Funeral Information

Funeral services will be conducted at 11a.m on Monday, March 17, 2014 in the Champagne Funeral Chapel, Elkton. The Reverend Rodney Schwab, pastor of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church will officiate with burial in Riverside Cemetery, Elkton. Visiting hours will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday, March 16, 2014 in the funeral home. Memorials in memory of Tim may be given to Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Elkton or Meals on Wheels and words of condolence may be shared at www.cfcElkton.com.

He is survived by his mother, Ruth Walsh of Pigeon; sister, Patti (Ron) Damm of Pigeon, sister, Kathy (Randy) Konieczny of Bay City, brother, Steve (Martha) Walsh of Vassar, and brother, Dave Walsh of Port Huron; nieces, Kristen (Matt) Wilcox of Lapeer, Dr. Kate Damm M.D. of Franklin, Dr. Becky Walsh M.D. of Royal Oak, Maggie Walsh of Belleville; and great niece, Morgan Wilcox. Preceding him in death, his father Tom Walsh and grandparents, Bert and Elsie Posade

Biography

Timothy P. Walsh, 59, of Pigeon, died Thursday, March 13, 2014 in his home. He was born June 2, 1954 in Pigeon and was a lifelong area resident. Tim was a 1972 graduate of Laker High School and worked as a carpenter for many years. Tim enjoyed woodworking and crossword puzzles, and was grateful for the love and support of his family.
