Born on May 20, 1953, in Bad Axe, MI, she was a shining beacon of love, dedication, and service to those who shared her journey. For more than half a century, Rosalyn shared her life with her high school sweetheart and loving husband, Kerry Snider. Their love story was one of commitment and mutual support, inspiring their children, Luann (Robert) Schnur and Amy (John) Huyck, and their granddaughter, Camilyn and grandson Bronson, to carry on the tradition of squeezing every ounce of love and joy out of life.A proud graduate of Lakers High School of Elkton Pigeon Bay Port, Rosalyn's entrepreneurial spirit led her to owning a successful business for over 30 years. Her passion for vehicles was evident, as she spent her leisure time as a proud member of the West Michigan Mustang Club. Her interests also included gardening, which she approached with the same meticulous care she gave to everything else in her life. Rosalyn’s love for swimming could only be rivaled by her love for travel. She would often seek new destinations, finding joy in experiencing different cultures and landscapes. Yet, Rosalyn's most cherished moments were undoubtedly those she spent visiting with friends and family - since for her, kinship and friendship were two sides of the same coin. Reflecting on Rosalyn's life, the words "loving", "kind", and "generous" resonate most strongly. She cultivated a life rooted in compassion, reaching out to those in need with an open hand and a warm heart.
