Josiah Jacob Nuncio successfully completed a delay of sentence, resulting in a significant change to his legal outcome. On Monday, October 20th, his initial charges were amended to attempted felonious assault, with a second count dismissed. He was sentenced to seven days in jail, and will be eligible for work release during his incarceration.?
