Russell Anthony Wood Sentenced On Aggravated Stalking Charge

Russell Anthony Wood was sentenced on October 20th for aggravated stalking in Huron County, following reports of repeated stalking incidents involving his former fiancee, Ms. Wheeler, who is also the mother of his child.
In addition to the original charge, Wood faces another count of aggravated stalking after the original charge. He was found to have been stalking her at home and work.
He had no prior felony convictions. Wood received a sentence of five years probation and 180 days in jail, with 90 days to be served immediately and 90 days held in abeyance.
The court ordered him to have no contact with the victim and permitted him to serve out his probation in Florida, where he resides.
He must also pay court costs, fees, and fines, along with $551.12 restitution to Ms. Wheeler.?
