Shawn Gayari Fails To Successfully Complete His Delay Of Sentence

Shawn Gayari appeared before Judge Prill on Monday, October 20th, after failing to complete the conditions of his delay of sentence. Under a plea agreement, all charges except assault with a dangerous weapon will be dismissed. Sentencing is scheduled for December 1st at 9 a.m.?
