Brandon James Osantoski In Violation Of His Probation

Brandon James Osantoski appeared in court on Monday, October 20th, facing a probation violation.

Authorities found he had consumed alcohol at a neighbor's gathering, and he was discovered to have a significant amount of ammunition, both actions breaching the terms of his probation.

Additionally, a victim alleged that Osantoski put his hands around her throat, causing her to briefly stop breathing.

Sentencing is scheduled for November 10th at 9 a.m.
