Timothy Harp Sentenced For A Probation Violation

Timothy Ernest Harp appeared in court on Monday, October 20th, facing probation violation charges.
He pled guilty and was sentenced to three days in jail with no credit for time served.
Upon release, Harp will be fitted with a curfew monitor as part of his probation conditions.
The court ordered that he have no contact with Emily Cole unless prior approval is granted by DHHS. Harp attended his child's birthday party after receiving an invitation from Cole, believing that it was permissible given the peaceful nature of the occasion.
