Sanilac County Commissioners to Meet on Tuesday

The Sanilac County Board of Commissioners will meet at 1 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 21, in the meeting room at 60 West Sanilac Ave., in room 105, Sandusky.

According to the preliminary agenda, commissioners are expected to: receive the county's apportionment report, conduct interviews for the veteran Affairs Committee, approve an amendment to the county's violence prevention police, and law enforcement services contracts.

Commissioners are also expected to approve allowing deputies to take further training, and to allow a study of housing needs in the county, and to approve a loan for a housing project, and to pay for collection of hazardous materials.
