Ubly's Board of Education Accepts Some Resignations

The Ubly School District's Board of Education approved accepting the resignations of some employees and approved a hire in a different position.

The resignations that were accepted with regret were from: Branden Sorenson as Athletic Director and as the Boy's Varsity Basketball Coach, JaNice Susalla as a Preschool Aide, and Jim Becker as Varsity Baseball Coach.

However, the board approved hiring Jim Becker as the part-time Athletic Director.

In other matters, the board accepted the Preschool Handbook for 2025 - 2026 school year.

Also, the financial report for August showed the General Fund had a cash balance of $1,770,910, and the amount of payables were $972,413.
