Cass City Council Approved Goals For 2026

Cass City Village Officials have been working hard to make the community the best it can be using a number of strategies.

One of the tools the village is using is strategic planning of setting specific goals as a benchmark of what is expected to be completed and/or worked on for 2026.

Some of the strategic goals the council plans to work on in the next fiscal year are:

- Continuing to improve the downtown
- Promote commercial development in the downtown
- To develop a mission and vision statement for the village
- And to work on the walking trail

The council has been doing strategic planning to set goals for the next fiscal year for several years.
