St.Clair County Sheriff Office Makes Major Drug Bust

PORT HURON, MI
- A Port Huron man and woman are facing multiple felony charges after the St. Clair County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant in the city last week.
On Tuesday, September 23, at approximately 5 p.m., investigators carried out the warrant at a residence in the 1300 block of Miller Street as part of an ongoing investigation. Inside the home, officers reported finding cocaine, methamphetamine, heroin, and other drug analogues.
As a result of the search, 40-year-old Joshua Spencer and 42-year-old Jennifer Dykeman were taken into custody.
Spencer was arraigned on September 25 and charged with possession with intent to deliver cocaine, possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, possession with intent to deliver heroin, and maintaining a drug house. His bond was set at $50,000 cash, surety, or 10 percent.
Dykeman was also arraigned on September 25. She faces charges of possession with intent to deliver cocaine less than 50 grams on two counts, possession of cocaine less than 25 grams, and possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine. Her bond was set at $25,000 cash, surety, or 10 percent.
Both cases remain under investigation.
