Devaughntae Q. Woods, a 33 year old probationer from Saginaw, has been sentenced to prison for leading police on a high-speed chase that ended in a crash.

On September 24, Saginaw County Circuit Judge Andre R. Borrello sentenced Woods to three concurrent prison terms ranging from 18 months to 15 years, crediting him for 154 days already served in jail.

Woods was also ordered to pay $464 in fines and costs.

The chase was a result of Woods attempting to evade arrest for possession of illicit drugs, culminating in a collision with another vehicle.
