Angela Lynn Johnson Charged With Possession Of Methamphetamine

Angela Lynn Johnson appeared in Huron County Circuit Court today, entering a guilty plea to a charge of possession of methamphetamine.

The case stems from a July 2nd incident in Bad Axe. According to court records, law enforcement discovered the substance during a vehicle search following a traffic stop.

Under the terms of a plea agreement presented to Judge Prill, the prosecution will dismiss a second count and has agreed not to seek a consecutive sentence.

Johnson remains on bond. Sentencing is scheduled for October 26th at 9:00 a.m.
