Eleanor Nelson Collins-Webb, 31, was sentenced to 12 months of probation after entering a no-contest plea to operating while intoxicated in Huron County.
Following a report of an intoxicated patron on June 4th, 2026, police stopped Collins-Webb as she left a bar parking lot; subsequent blood tests showed a blood alcohol content of 0.32.
Defense counsel noted that Collins-Webb has no prior criminal history and has voluntarily engaged in inpatient and intensive outpatient rehabilitation.
Judge Ferris ordered her to abstain from alcohol and controlled substances, undergo random screenings, perform 24 hours of community service, and pay $1,180 in fines and costs, with potential for early discharge upon successful completion of terms.
