In Huron County District Court today, Todd Allen Armstrong appeared before Judge Ferris to address felony charges of aggravated indecent exposure and a third-offense felony enhancement.

Represented by defense attorney Elizabeth Weisenbach, Armstrong formally waived his right to a preliminary examination, bypassing the requirement for the prosecution to present evidence of probable cause.

Judge Ferris accepted the waiver and bound the case over to circuit court for an arraignment scheduled on August 31st at 9a.m. The court ordered that Armstrong's bond remain continued as previously set.
