Pinnebog Area Getting Bridge Maintenance Work Starting April 6th

HURON COUNTY - Drivers in the Pinnebog area should prepare for upcoming road disruptions as bridge maintenance work is set to begin next week.
County officials say repairs will take place on Pinnebog Road between Crown Road and Filion Road, over the east branch of the Pinnebog River. Work is scheduled to start April 6th and is expected to wrap up by May 22nd, weather permitting.
During the project, the road will be temporarily closed to through traffic while crews install traffic control measures. After that, lane shifts and shoulder closures will be used to guide drivers around the construction zone.
Local access for residents will remain open, but motorists are urged to use caution when traveling through the area.
Officials say the timeline could change depending on weather conditions.
