Bench Warrant Issued For Edwin Lindale Davis

In Huron County Circuit Court today, the case against Edwin Lindale Davis proceeded as a probation violation arraignment.

Defense attorney Tammy W. Salen represented Mr. Davis, while Timothy J. Rutkowski represented the prosecution. A probation violation request and summons was filed on March 11th. Mr. Davis failed to appear for the 9 AM hearing. His attorney, Ms. Salen, reported unsuccessful attempts to contact him, including a call on March 31st.

Ms. Salen requested a rescheduling to locate Mr. Davis. The court noted Mr. Davis's Detroit address and issued a deadline of 11:45 AM today for him to report. Mr Davis had not appeared in court and a bench warrant was issued.
