Two Vehicle Crash On Sand Beach Road February 3rd

A two-vehicle crash on Sand Beach Road in Huron County on February 3rd, 2026, occurred when a westbound SUV lost control and entered the eastbound lane, striking an oncoming vehicle.

According to the crash report narrative, the eastbound driver (vehicle #1), 20 year old Bad Axe man, stated he was traveling east when the westbound vehicle (vehicle #2), 24 year old Harbor Beach woman, crossed into his lane after its driver lost control.

The westbound driver told investigators she had been headed west on Sand Beach Road and that another vehicle attempted to pull out of a driveway in front of her, causing her to brake, lose control, enter the opposite lane and collide with vehicle #1.

The report lists minor damage to the involved vehicles.
