Samantha Elaine Cousino Pleaded Guilty To Embezzlement

Samantha Elaine Cousino has pleaded not guilty to embezzlement charges in Huron County.

Cousino faces allegations of embezzling between $1000 and $20,000 as an agent of a trustee.

Her plea of not guilty was formally entered during her arraignment.

The court continued her $3,500 personal recognizance bond.

A pretrial conference has been scheduled for March 16th, 2026, at 10 a.m.
