Michael Richard Metz is heading to trial on March 3rd following a final pre-trial conference.

Prosecutors successfully amended the charges against Metz to include "use of a computer to commit a crime," a felony carrying a potential sentence of ten to twenty years.

This new charge alleges Metz used a phone, considered a computer, to facilitate the underlying offenses.

Both of Metz's case files will be consolidated for the upcoming trial.

His existing $5000 bond will continue as the case proceeds.
