Keith John Finkbeiner Arraigned Monday In Circuit Court

In court today, a not guilty plea was entered on behalf of Keith John Finkbeiner during his arraignment.

Defense attorney Dallas L. Rooney represented Mr. Finkbeiner, while Timothy J. Rutkowski appeared for the prosecution.

Despite a request for adjournment due to a "late-minute complication," the court proceeded to enter the not guilty plea.

A pre-trial conference has now been scheduled for March 9th, 2026, at 10 AM.

The existing bond, set at $3,500 with a ten percent provision, will continue without objection from the prosecution.
