Christopher Alan Smith Was Arraigned Monday

Christopher Alan Smith was arraigned today in the case of the People of the State of Michigan versus Christopher Alan Smith.

Represented by attorney Michelle R. Siev, Smith entered a plea of not guilty to all charges.

The charges, which include four counts of resisting or obstructing a police officer and one count of operating while intoxicated, relate to incidents on or about November 25th, 2025, in Colfax Township, Huron County, Michigan.

A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for March 9th, 2026, at 10 AM.

His bond remains set at $7,500, with a ten percent option.
