Huron County Road Commission Weight Restrictions

The Huron County Road Commission has announced that seasonal weight restrictions will end this coming Monday.

Effective 7 a.m. on January 19th, 2026, all seasonal load limits will be removed from roads under the commission's jurisdiction in Huron County.

Local motorists, truck operators, and businesses can resume normal hauling at that time, and anyone with questions is encouraged to contact the Huron County Road Commission office in Bad Axe for more information at (989) 269-9320.
