Probable Cause Conference Held In Case Involving Amy Jo Briolat

A probable cause hearing for Amy Jo Briolat was held, with the prosecution represented by Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Alexander Pahany and the defense by Attorney Dallas Rooney.
During the session, the prosecution outlined a plea offer in which Ms. Briolat would waive a preliminary examination and plead guilty to all charges, with a circuit court arraignment to follow. In return, the prosecution agreed not to file additional charges, and the defendant would provide full restitution to the victim for all related conduct.
The defense acknowledged the offer but requested additional time to review it with Briolat. No final decision was made at the hearing. The court set the preliminary examination for January 23rd at 10:30 a.m. Bond conditions remain unchanged.
