Huron Commissioners' Reorganization Included Assignments

As part of Huron County Commissioners annual reorganization, a chair and vice chair are selected and committee assignments made.
Sami Khoury will serve as chair and Steve Vaughan as vice chair.
They were appointed by fellow Commissioners Scott Maust, Mary Babcock, Kurt Geiger, and Joe Murphy.
Khoury made the following appointments to the respective committees and boards:
On the Agencies Committee, Maust is chair, Geiger is vice chair, and Babcock is a member.
Hunt will chair the Legislative Committee and Vaughan is vice chair, with a Maust as a member.
On the Properties Committee, Vaughan is the chair, Maust vice chair, and Geiger is a member.
Babcock is the chair on the Finance Committee and Hunt is vice chair, Murphy is a member.
On the Personnel Committee, Murphy is chair, and Babcock is vice chair, and Hunt is a member.
On the Safety Committee, Geiger is chair, Murphy is vice chair, and Vaughan is a member.
The board will continue to meet on the second Tuesdays of the month and on the fourth Tuesdays of the month with committee meetings as necessary.
