Bay City Manager To Retire In March

Bay City Manager Dana Muscott has formally announced she will retire effective March 12th.

In a letter to the City Commission, Muscott said she feels the time is right to begin the next chapter of her life.

She has served as City Manager for the past eight years and has worked for Bay City for nearly 26 years in total.
