4-H Capitol Experience Event Opens Registration

Michigan 4-H has announced registration is now open for the 4-H Capitol Experience, a three-day educational program scheduled for March 15th-17th at the Okemos Conference Center and Michigan State Capitol.
Program Details:
The event welcomes high school students in grades 9-12, including both 4-H members and non-members. Participants will engage in discussions about civic issues, connect with public policy professionals, and observe state government operations firsthand.

Families requiring financial assistance can contact the MSU Extension Office to apply for partial scholarships through the 4-H Council. Scholarship recipients must pay the full fee upfront and submit receipts for reimbursement following the event.
Optional extended lodging at the Okemos Conference Center is available for families, though supervision outside program hours remains the responsibility of parents and guardians.
