Harbor Beach Man Reaches Plea Deal On Registry Violations

Herman C. McConnell of Harbor Beach was arraigned in Circuit Court Monday on five charges of failure to comply with sex offender registry requirements, habitual second offense.

McConnell reached a plea agreement with prosecutors that will result in two charges being dropped. He is scheduled to appear for sentencing on March 16th, 2026, at 9 a.m. His bond remains as previously set.
