Bad Axe Man Sentenced For Sex Offender Registry Violation

Williams H. Dickson, 60, of Bad Axe was sentenced Monday to 270 days in jail for failure to comply with sex offender registry requirements, habitual third offense.

Dickson had previously appeared in District Court and was ordered to serve 30 days concurrently with the Circuit Court's ruling.

He received credit for 14 days already served and is eligible for PA511 and a work release program if he qualifies.
