In Huron County District Court, Judge Ferris has finalized sentencing for Jeffrey David Craig. During today's hearing, the court dismissed one case as part of a plea agreement.

For the remaining charges - driving with a suspended license and trespassing on recreational farmland - Craig was ordered to pay a total of $1,234.71 in fines, costs, and restitution.

Craig, who serves as a caregiver for his mother and relies on state assistance, currently owes an additional $1,525 from previous cases.

To manage the total debt of over $2,700, the court established a monthly payment plan of $30, beginning November 16th.

Additionally, the judge vacated a separate civil judgment against Craig, consolidating the restitution into the criminal case.
